Associate Counsel
Dan Bacon is the Firm’s Young Turk. Dan produced top quality legal research and writing and delivered savvy in-court litigation assistance to the Michigan Attorney General’s office before graduating high in his law school class. His energy for work exceeds his position as Associate Counsel for the Firm. Dan is certified in several disciplines of construction regulatory compliance and building safety. Dan is also the co-founder of Absolute Environmental Solutions, LLC, a property inspection, environmental quality testing, and solar energy company helping private and governmental clients optimize indoor health and energy efficiency.
